Upon entering Positive Outlook, a slate tile entryway offers access to the home’s garage, as well as a bench and plenty of hooks for visiting guests. Descending down a small set of stairs and off to the left is the expansive Primary Suite. The large primary bedroom has a king size bed that faces the gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and most importantly the incredible Mount Wilson vista. Connected to the bedroom through a large, walk-in, cedar closet is the spacious primary bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a jetted soaking tub with continued Mount Wilson views, and a separate glass shower.

Located below the Primary Suite is the home’s living level, occupied by an impressive great room, as well as two guest suites, a powder room, and a home office. The great room is comprised of a large living area framed by beautifully vaulted ceilings adorned with large wood beam detail. Plush furniture surrounds a gas fireplace with a long hearth and boasts more striking views of the Mountain Village in its seasonal glory. Making this space perfect for entertaining, the room is equipped with a Sonos sound system, stand-alone speakers, and a wet bar. Glass doors walk out from either end of the room, one set leading to a spacious stone patio with dining table, gas grill and hot tub, while the other set leads to a balcony with sunset overlooks. Stemming off the living area is the gourmet kitchen with a breakfast table for eight, which serves the adjacent dining room with a view and seating for up to twelve.

Opposite the great room on this level are two spacious guest suites, each with en suite bathrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV with velvet settee, and rounded glass shower in the bathroom. The second guest bedroom is occupied by a queen size bed and couch, each of which looks onto the home’s main patio area. The en suite bathroom is spacious and offers a claw foot tub. Rounding out this level is the convenient powder room and home office.

The bonus loft is perfect for kids with an open-air bedroom featuring two twin size beds, two twin trundle beds, flat-screen TV, and a plethora of toys for the little ones to enjoy! A sitting room in the loft is furnished with a sleeper sofa and has a convenient full bath with a shower.
