The Garden Cottage comfortably sleeps 16 people, with nine bedrooms and eight full bathrooms. The house features two master suites, each with a seating area and a large marble master bath with a shower, tub, and double vanity. The six guest bedrooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms with marble floors. Each bathroom is stocked with two cloth robes. The pool house studio space has the ninth bedroom, a bathroom, a wood burning fireplace in the living area, a wet bar with a fridge, and a large mahogany deck with an outdoor shower overlooking the pool; ideal for a small family or staff to enjoy their own space away from the main house.

The fully-equipped chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a marble-topped island and mahogany countertops that offer plenty of space for food preparations. There is an informal dining area that seats eight and a formal dining room that seats 10 with French doors looking out onto the yard. The house offers plenty of entertainment opportunities.

In the backyard, the heated outdoor pool is surrounded by bluestone patios. The home features apple trees, a vegetable garden and a flower garden. Guests are invited to pick their own produce and cut flowers to enjoy inside the home. Enjoy the privacy of tall hedges surrounding the property with beautifully landscaped gardens and an expansive yard.
