Ares Villa is modern in architecture and designed with soft grey and white colours. The large windows and glass fence balconies offer uninterrupted views of the sea and the verdant mountains throughout interior and exterior spaces.

The property can accommodate a total of 14 guests across two fully autonomous units that are separated by the swimming pool. The main unit opens to a vast open plan with a bright living room. In the same space, guests will also find a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The top level hosts 3 master ensuite bedrooms, each opening to balconies.

The second unit, the guesthouse, is a two storey building with the ground level offering 2 double or twin ensuite bedrooms with independent entrances, and access to verandas. Two more independent suites with ensuite bathrooms and access to the terrace as well as another fully equipped kitchen are found on the top level.

Outdoor, a Mediterranean garden with a small incline and paved pathways adorns the courtyard. The swimming pool and open air lounging areas will be the perfect spot for dining.
