Zaira Periousia is a twin-villa property located in Pounta, on the island of Paros, Greece.

Built at the seafront, this holiday home comprises two fully separate villas that can host a total of 16 guests in comfort and autonomy. The property's space is within a plot dotted with Mediterranean plants, herbs and flora.

The design incorporates warm colours and natural materials right from the terrain that hosts the property. Interior spaces are styled with natural wood and minimal mood, making the all-natural feel of the property quite prominent even inside. Inside, guests are greeted by a living room (at each property) with comfortable seating and windows that let in plenty of natural light. Adjacent to each living room is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cabinetry and a cosy dining area, making it a pleasure to cook and dine in. 

Outside, the property features two ample terraces with living areas, dining areas and two swimming pools. Just a few steps from the terraces, guests will find themselves in a courtyard with olive trees and indigenous flora, as well as have the opportunity to swim to the soothing waters of a small tranquil beach.
