The moment you enter into the common areas ( kitchen, dining and living room) of the villa you will experience captivating and enchanting views of the turquoise Caribbean sea! Alta Vista features 8 suites each with its own large private bathroom. Some of these bathrooms are comprised of both showers and bathtubs. There are 4 large king suites each with one king size bed. The remainder of the bedrooms consist of 4 double bed suites, each with 2 double size beds.

Alta Vista is equipped with two outdoor living and dining areas. One in the bottom level courtyard and the second on top of the roof terrace that is also equipped with a large infinity plunge pool. These great areas of the home invite you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky.

In addition to the proximity to the beach, Alta Vista is located only 12 minutes walking to distance to town or most specifically to La Quinta's (5th Avenue), restaurant, shopping and nightlife district!
