Son Fuster is an old manor house and farm (called “possesio” in Mallorquin) nestled on 40 hectares, which dates back to 1350. It is an important piece of history to the locals and gives the area its name. After undergoing a complete renovation from 2019 to 2021, the 10-bedroom manor has an air of bygone Spain meets Northern Africa and the American West in a modern eclectic casual mix.

The farm mansion is available for exclusive use with all the services of a small luxury hotel. The property offers paramount privacy for business meetings or gatherings of friends and family. The service style is informal and discrete, very much like being on a private yacht.

The Son Fuster food concept is rich, healthy and organic, fresh from the farm or the neighbourhood producers, never compromising on quality. High-quality meat and fish are served in bowls on the table, farm style, always accompanied by vegetables, salads and vegan options.
